  • Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and
  • Execute the lay-up of composite materials to molds
  • Vacuum bag parts for cure
  • Assembles and repairs simple to complex composites parts and components within quality
    and time standards.
  • Safely utilize box knives, scissors and other work aids in the performance of the work
  • Inspects own work for compliance to instructions and quality of work
  • Signs off work orders to reflect work completed


  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • French & English language skills to include ability to read, comprehend, and write basic
  • Ability to perform basic math functions to include addition, subtraction, division and
  • Ability to document the tasks performed with a clear understanding to traceability, allowing
    changes in data and drawings to be revised
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction
