Cancellation, transfer, substitution, and refund terms are governed by the ACT Course Cancellation and Refund Policy and any applicable signed quotation or contract.
To cancel or request a change, email [email protected] and include the participant’s name, course, course date, invoice number, and requested action.
ACT will confirm the effective date of the request and any applicable refund, credit, transfer, or outstanding balance in writing.
